Just learnt that 10 min after riding his bike (well the one i used), the rear wheel broke...so, if you do have the good idea of buying a 300-500 euro bike for travelling, CHANGE the rear wheel for something very serious, with loads of 2mm spokes. It is the only extra you'll need.
